Our Professional Studio Session 10 Step Process:
1. Your or you family purchase a 4 Baby Pregnancy Experience Gift Card
2. Purchase your Professional Studio Session right away. (Lock In Your Special Rate)
3. We will contact you to verify your ideal session date (1st session if a multiple service package)
4. Receive your session information and tips to help you prepare for your time in the studio
5. Receive gallery samples of shoots and gowns to help us guide you in completing your custom photo questionnaire
6. We will contact you with any questions we may have. We will stay in close contact with you.
7. Arrive at your session 10 minutes early.
8. Session will begin by trying on your favorite gowns and quickly discuss session details. Newborn sessions will start with baby only poses.
9. After session completion, we begin professionally editing beautiful images to create your image gallery.
10. It takes us about 10 days to complete all your editing. Once finished, we will notify you of your professional image gallery.
11. Once you receive your gallery, your personal photography concierge contacts you to help with anything you need to create your custom image collection order. You have complete control of your collection which can include various print styles, canvases, professional custom albums and digital image collections.
Booking your Maternity studio session
Book early!
The most commonly preferred time to get your Maternity studio session is in the last 4-6 weeks of your pregnancy to get the fullest belly possible. It is a personal preference. Some mothers-to-be, prefer to capture late in their pregnancy while others prefer early. Key factors to consider are body and face changes. It all comes down to what you wish to capture, and how you are feeling. If you anticipate not feeling your best that late into your pregnancy or expect an early delivery, we suggest scheduling earlier. We will consult with you to help you make that decision.
Once booked you will receive complete guidance for customizing the shoot and preparing you and your loved ones for this wonderful experience.
Booking your Newborn studio session
Book early!
Best time to get the most amazing newborn images is between 5-14 days.

Due to the intricacy of the session, we are only able to accommodate a limited amount of newborn sessions per day, booking early will ensure you are able to schedule a session that works best with you and your family’s schedule. Last minute appointments aren’t able to be given as much flexibility, as we want to get the baby into the studio as soon as possible during the first 2 weeks. Please do not wait until the last minute.
Once fully booked, if the baby arrives early or late, we are happy to accommodate your newborn session and adjust your appointment as needed.
Booking your Cake Smash or Milestone studio session
Book early!
The most commonly preferred time to get your Cake Smash & Milestone studio session is at the 6 month (half birthday) and 1 year birthday. It is a personal preference. Some families prefer to document and photograph sessions between those milestones, at 3 and 9 months, and we welcome them as well. We are happy to discuss options with you and put together custom packages to capture as many as you’d like! We will consult with you to help you make that decision.
